Welcome to Faida.club by Faidaclub Solutions Private Limited (we're based in Mysuru). These Terms are your agreement with us when you use our app/website for discounts, premium access, and buying gift cards. If you don't agree, no worries, just don't use it!
1. What We Offer Faida is your go-to for awesome deals:
Premium subscriptions for unlimited access to exclusive discounts and features.
Discounted gift cards from 400+ brands (powered by our vendor, Hubble Money).
All gift cards are digital, instant, and redeemable per the brand's rules.
2. Who Can Use It Be at least 18 (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent if younger). Keep your account info accurate and secure. We can pause or close accounts if something looks off (e.g., fraud, misuse, or regulatory issues).
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Prices in INR, taxes included at checkout.
Secure payments via vendor third-party gateways (we don't store your card details PCI-DSS compliant).
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Manage in your account or contact us.
Gift cards: One-time purchase, non-refundable once issued (standard for prepaid instruments under RBI guidelines).
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Gift cards are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased/issued, in line with RBI Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI) norms and industry practice.
If there's a technical issue on our end or a brand-specific problem, email founders@faida.club.
No refunds for change of mind, unused value, or brand refusal.
Subscriptions follow our separate refund approach (contact us for details). Chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of costs.
5. Gift Card Stuff
Powered by Hubble Money (myhubble.money / Gullak Technologies Pvt Ltd) → subject to their policies + each brand's individual terms (always check at purchase or redemption).
Validity, expiry, fees (if any), and usage rules shown upfront (typically minimum 1 year per RBI guidelines for applicable PPIs).
No cash-out, reload, or transfer in most cases. Redeem directly with the brand (online/offline as specified).
We don't guarantee brand availability, product quality, or redemption success, subject to brand policies.
6. Your Responsibilities Don't:
Use for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or reselling gift cards.
Hack, spam, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the app.
Violate brand, Hubble, or third-party rules.
We may report violations to authorities if required.
7. Our Stuff (IP & Liability)
Everything on Faida (logos, design, software) is owned by us or our licensors, protected under Indian IP laws. Limited personal-use license only; no commercial copying or reproduction.
Brand logos displayed on our homepage and platform are trademarks of their respective owners. Shown solely to indicate supported gift card compatibility via our integration partners. No affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with any brand is implied or intended.
The app and services are provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for glitches, lost deals, brand performance issues, data loss, or indirect/consequential damages.
Our maximum liability won't exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service/Gift Card in the past 12 months.
8. Changes & Disputes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify for material changes (e.g., via app/email). Continued use means you agree. Issues? Let's try to resolve amicably first. If needed, disputes go to arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (sole arbitrator, English language). Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Governed by Indian laws.
