Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with Faida.club by Faidaclub Solutions Private Limited (Mysuru). We want you to be thrilled with every purchase especially our discounted gift cards. This Refund Policy focuses entirely on gift card purchases.


1. Scope

This policy applies only to:

  • Gift cards - digital vouchers from 400+ brands, powered and issued by our partner Hubble Money (myhubble.money / Gullak Technologies Pvt Ltd).

All gift card transactions follow Hubble Money's processes and each brand's individual terms.


2. Gift Cards - Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once a gift card is purchased and the code is issued/delivered to your account, it is generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.

  • This is standard for digital prepaid instruments under RBI Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI) guidelines and helps prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use.

  • Refunds are dictated by the brand whose gift card you purchased. We (and Hubble Money) do not control or guarantee refunds directly.

  • If you encounter any issue (e.g., gift card code not received, technical error during purchase, or a brand-specific problem), please email founders@faida.club immediately. We'll work with you, Hubble Money, and the brand to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Change of mind

    • Unused balance or value

    • Brand refusal to accept/redeem the card (unless caused by our or Hubble's error)

    • Successful delivery and use of the gift card code

Always review the brand's terms & conditions (linked on the purchase page or the brand's website) before buying validity, expiry dates, usage restrictions, and any fees are set by the brand.


3. Refund Process (If Approved)

  • Eligible refunds (rare and only in exceptional cases) will be processed to your original payment method (or an alternative if required).

  • Processing time: Typically 5–15 business days, depending on your bank, payment gateway, and any involvement from the brand or Hubble Money.

  • If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank/card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and recover any resulting fees or losses.


4. Important Reminders

  • We act purely as a facilitator - Hubble Money handles gift card issuance, delivery, and backend fulfillment. Hubble's own refund approach (available at https://www.myhubble.money/refund-policy) is brand-dependent, and we follow the same collaborative resolution process: contact us, and we'll help coordinate with the brand.

  • We do not warrant or guarantee the quality, availability, performance, or post-redemption experience of any brand's products/services when redeemed with the gift card. Any issues after redemption (e.g., product returns, warranty claims) must be handled directly with the brand.

  • For any questions, concerns, or to report an issue, just reach out—we're here to assist!
