Open the respective brand's official mobile app or website, proceed to checkout, choose "Gift Card" as your payment method, and enter the unique Gift Card Code and PIN shown in the Hubble app after payment.
Where can I find my gift card code and PIN?
Immediately following a successful transaction, your voucher code and PIN are displayed. Vendor holds issued cards — Faida does not keep a separate vault.
What if a brand refuses or does not accept my voucher?
First ensure that the card has not expired and that the PIN is entered without typos. If you still encounter difficulties, reach out to us at founders@faida.club and our support team will collaborate directly with our vendor and the brand partner to resolve it.
Can I cancel or refund an issued gift card?
Due to the digital nature of prepaid instruments and anti-fraud regulations, gift cards are non-refundable once issued. For exceptional circumstances, please consult our Refund Policy.
